Middle Eastern Dance (Belly Dancing) is fun, low-impact exercise that can be enjoyed by anyone, of any age or fitness level. It is great for general fitness and stress relief. This class is suitable for students who have never danced before, or those who have some experience. Students will learn correct posture, isolations, and basic moves. A simple routine will also be developed. The class focuses on fun and fitness rather than on performance. Come along to make new friends and learn a new skill in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. And no, you don’t have to show your belly!        Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a scarf to tie round their hips (hip scarves are also available for borrow or purchase.)

Wednesdays at 7.30pm from July 19th for 10 weeks

$15 per session or $120 for 10 weeks
